Beginning her career in Real Estate in 2004 Janine has built a reputation where her clients believe “she works for you” due to her delivery of passion, organization, integrity, and client customer service. Janine enjoys boating, dirt bikes, spending time with family, craft, and restoring her 1920’s character home with husband Rob.

Since the early 1900’s Rob’s family has resided in the Waimakariri district, owners of the Wrights farm where the Waimakariri river now flows through, and also the Millbrook farm that is now known as Ravenswood development. Rob’s natural professionalism is attributed to a broad range of experience in the housing industry, including construction of numerous homes and renovation projects. Rob’s exceptional negotiating capabilities, creative know-how, and pragmatic vision yield unprecedented results for even the most challenging sales endeavours. When away from the business, Rob is an outdoors enthusiast, accomplished drag racer , keen motor cyclist, he enjoys spending any free time with his family and can often be found ripping up the lake on a pair of water ski’s.
