About Nienke

I’m an owner of the Mike Pero Cashmere office, you’ll find me at the bottom of Colombo Street just next to the Dyers Pass roundabout.

While I regularly sell houses throughout Christchurch my real expertise is in the Cashmere and surrounding areas. I’ve sold many houses in these locations and welcome anyone wanting guidance and knowledge when it comes time to sell your property. I love this industry and really enjoy working with people to help them achieve the best possible prices for their homes.

Outside of working hours you’ll often find me riding my bike in the hills around Cashmere and the harbour. The Halswell dog park is another local favourite place of mine where I take my lovely little dog regularly.
