Paul and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Shelley Carppe for selling two houses in 6 months for us. Our first house was our rental property along the Ridgeway. We listed it on the Tuesday night with Shelley, she managed to get it on the Internet and started getting interest by the Thursday, had an open home on the Sunday (which was only advertised on Trade Me as we missed the cut off for the Property Press), and had an offer we were more than happy with on the Tuesday, and while waiting for that offer to be confirmed we had a lot of other interest. We were so impressed by this when we went to list our own home in January Shelley was the first and only person we called. She had the first open home had numerous parties through and we had an offer in the following week, but with conditions. She didn't stop there though, as she wanted to get a back up offer, which she did, 5 weeks later to a couple who looked at the house at the first open home but had theirs to sell. This back in offer went through and the new people now own our beautiful and much loved family home. In the process Shelley has gone from being a complete stranger to a lovely friend and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any sellers or buyers.
