Hey I may not be pretty now, but look at my features! Great views over the city from the deck and a handy walk to town location. I really am the unloved one in the row, but with three bedrooms, plenty of parking, bath and separate shower, its hard to see why. Plus on the lower level there’s a second rumpus area with a ranchslider out to its own deck and the garden area. What’s not to like? Sure I may have seen better days but with a little bit of cosmetic TLC, I reckon I’ll scrub up just fine!
