Our Service

Our service can be tailored to your needs but as a general rule will include:
• Marketing your property to tenants on a number of websites
• Interviewing and screening tenants
• Credit and reference checks
• Bond Lodgement with the Department of Building & Housing
• Rent collection and payment to your account
• Inspections before, during and after a tenancy
• Arranging Repairs and Maintenance as required
• Addressing damage issues and ensuring documentation and evidence is collected in event of Tribunal issues
• Advice on current rates in the market place
• Dispute resolution in the event of differences between you and a tenant


It is in our interests to simplify the process for you and at the same time it makes it easy for us. We offer an online management system that provides you real time access to your property and up to the minute transactions. This includes property inspections, rent flow and any outstanding issues. This is great if you’re overseas or don’t want paper in your letterbox.


A fee for managing your property will apply and this will be discussed and negotiated based upon a number of factors.
We also provide scheduled inspections, administration, financial reporting and any tenancy issues, including Tribunal hearings that may arise. Some additional fees may apply.
Remember most, if not all, of your management costs are tax deductible.
If the property is empty and returning no rent then we charge no fee.
It couldn’t be easier.

Your income

We pay monthly following receiving your rent from your tenant. This will go direct into your nominated account.

Like all the services we provide I will ensure that my team deliver to the very highest standard and to your expectations or beyond.
If there’s ever a problem please call your Mike Pero QPM Property Manager in the first instance. If its not resolved to your satisfaction either they or you can escalate it to my attention.
