1. Brand & Territory (Franchise) Owner – you are a Licenced Salesperson REAA (2008) with a track record and results that indicate that you are a top performer in the industry. You will likely have five or more years in the industry but this is not a fixed rule and all. You will invest and own the exclusive rights to your own territory, which you'll receive listing referrals for from the 0800 generated calls. You are self-motivated, disciplined and can organise yourself. You will be ‘properly supervised’ by our regional manager and will operate from your own office – a home office or shared premises.
You will earn 80% of the full commission (not 50% or 60%) of the branch commission, which can be considerably less. We’re experienced in business, so we’ll help you build your business into an appreciating asset that could set you up for life. Franchise territories are very affordable and include the rights to the Mike Pero brand in your city. You can list and sell freely in any part of your city or town.
We emphasise the importance of the difference between your current position, which may entitle you to no equity and no sale value, versus the Mike Pero Model, which could be worth a multiple of your last year’s earnings once you've established under the Mike Pero Real Estate brand. The Mike Pero model can take you from an employed salesperson to a business owner, with huge potential for up side.
2. Licenced Salesperson – you are a Licenced Salesperson REAA (2008) with proven industry results. You are self-motivated, disciplined and can organise yourself. You will be ‘properly supervised’ by our regional manager and will operate from your home office or your own premises. You will have the opportunity to earn a greater share of the commission than you are used to. You will work very closely with your Territory (Franchise) Owner.
