Rachel and her family have lived in Kaiapoi since 2006 and really love the spirit & energy of a thriving community. Rachel has three children attending local schools.
Prior to having a family, Rachel had been working for the High Court in Christchurch which has given her experience in dealing with people in all walks of life.
