With a keen and knowledgeable eye for design and architecture, Mark's passion was always going to be real estate. He appreciates that every property is unique and requires an individual approach when marketing to achieve an excellent result.

Mark is very proud to have successfully marketed and sold the "Brake House" in Titirangi, which is the most awarded contemporary home in the Southern Hemisphere. He also broke all records with a sale price of $1.8m in 2006 for a lifestyle property in Oratia, West Auckland.

Mark began his real estate career selling in the Herne Bay, Ponsonby and Grey Lynn area with Culmer Real Estate, which later joined with Bayleys, and for the next 15 years Mark worked with Bayleys, selling in excess of 50 million dollars worth of property. He firmly believes there is a buyer for every property and it is Mark's job to leave no stone unturned in finding the right purchaser.

In 1999, he was asked to set up the new branch of Bayleys in Titirangi. He spent the next nine years living in the area and working in all areas across West Auckland.

Mark made a lifestyle decision in 2008 and moved to an apartment in the central city, joining the Bayleys Mt Eden team.

When Mark heard Mike Pero was starting a real estate company, he started doing his homework and the more he looked into the opportunity, the more it felt right. Mark has taken Te Atatu Peninsula as his franchise area, where there is a feeling of community and an interesting mix of property.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys time with family and friends, art, architecture and design, swimming and fishing.
