After taking a five-year break from selling property, Julie has returned with a renewed passion for people and houses. Her work in between for Air New Zealand gave her the opportunity to travel extensively, and she has come to appreciate the paradise she calls home.

Julie particularly enjoys assisting people who are new to the area to discover the enviable lifestyle opportunity offered on the Hibiscus Coast. She has worked in real estate in the region for ten years with two high profile real estate companies and is thrilled to be part of the Mike Pero Real Estate team.

Having lived on the Hibiscus Coast for 20 years, Julie is familiar with the local area and keeps up-to-date with local issues. She prides herself on getting to know her vendors as individuals and has an honest, trustworthy and practical approach to real estate.
